Commissions

Commissions are a something truly special and unique.  They are perfect to make your house stand out from the standard art seen, or they can bring a light to someone’s eyes as they realized you had a painting made!  Either way, we love sharing that joy!

We can reproduce anything in our gallery for $25, but we can also come up with something wholly unique and new.  We even do pet portraits!  You can see some of our examples of commissions that we have done already to get an idea. **NEW** We are now offering hand crafted, hand painted wooden cutouts.  We can commission something totally new, or you can check out our shop to see what we already have made.  These are perfect for any holiday, they are entirely hand crafted, and can be a perfect gift.

Can be customized with children’s names, family names, grandchildren, etc. Perfect for the holidays around the corner!

 

If you have an idea in mind, feel free to let us know what it is so we can provide a rough sketch.  A commissioned piece that is created from scratch will generally take about a week to finish, depending on the medium (oil, acrylic, or watercolor) that you choose.

Pricing
While pricing is dependent on the medium used for the painting, canvas size, and complexity of the piece, we start our pricing at $20 for an acrylic reproduction of any of our gallery pictures on a 16×20 canvas.

We do not charge for the commission until a sketch has been approved.  Once a sketch has been approved, we require a %20 down payment on the piece, and the rest upon delivery.

Shipping/ Delivery

If you are in the northern Austin area, Hutto, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, or Pflugerville area, we will deliver the painting to you.  Outside of these areas, there will be a shipping (or traveling) charge added to the total, depending on how far the painting is being shipped.
