Event Registration

Description:

Looking for something fun to do with the family, or something to breakup the boredom?  Join Art by the Glass Studio as we instruct an online class on paint pouring!  All the necessary supplies will be delivered to your door step the day before the event.  Our drivers will take necessary precautions and all materials have been disinfected prior to delivery.  After registration is complete and payment is received, you will receive a verification email including the link and password to access our Gotomeeting class held on May 27th at 6:00pm.  Please access the link a few minutes prior to class starting so that class can be held on time. **We will only be able to deliver to Austin and the greater surrounding areas.  Contact us if you aren't sure if we can deliver to you.**

What’s included (delivered the day before the event):

• standard order includes 3 canvas (1-11x14 and 2-8x10) *Select from the drop down if you would like a different amount of canvases/ kits*
• New Pizza Boxes to contain your canvases while painting and to store
• Disposable Poly Apron to cover clothing (more provided if multiple people are sharing order)
• Plastic Tablecloth
• Styrofoam cups
• Condiment cups with your choice of paint colors already mixed with the paint pouring solution (4-5 colors per canvas is recommended but more can be provided *no more than 7 colors total)
• Three condiment cups filled with a base color (to apply to canvas prior to pouring)
• Three paint brushes per order
• Three gloves per order
• One Straw (more provided if order is for multiple people)
• Paint stirrers
• A few paper towels for potential cleanup
• Grocery bag for some supplies to be delivered that can be used as a trash bag at the end.
• Instructions that will be given through GoToMeeting (instructions on how to install are sent with receipt) with our instructor demonstrating different pouring techniques. We will also be able to answer any questions you may have at that time.
• Consider checking out our Pinterest Board to get ideas on different techniques you may want to try or to see the different colors you can mix.

In the comments box make sure to include the following information to ensure all colors and supplies are delivered the way you would like:

• Colors you would like for each canvas including one base color to pre-coat the canvas with *canvas 1 is the 11x14* (example: Canvas #1 –Base coat white, then Red, metallic gold, yellow, blue, green; Canvas #2 – base coat black - purple, blue, green, silver; Canvas #3 – base coat red - Metallic Black, metallic gold, metallic silver, metallic bronze, blue)
  
• If order is split among multiple family members, please let us know how many people so we can give you extra aprons to accommodate the situation with no extra charge *no more than 3 per order*.

Customers are able to share an order among up to three people, but you will lose the opportunity to practice on one of the extra canvases.

Colors you can choose from:
White, Black, Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Blue, Dark Blue, Purple, brown.  Metallic: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Black, white.

What can be used that is not provided:

• Paint Knives
• Strainers or spatulas (for different pouring effects)
• Cups for rinsing off the brushes (each brush we provide is for a separate canvas and can be thrown away after use or washed off to reuse on another project)
• Heat gun (creates different effects on the paint when applied)
• Pen or pointed object to poke a hole into cup when pouring to do a funnel effect
